An ode to the iconic Bone Cuff first created for Tiffany by Elsa Peretti in the early 1970s, the Osseous Cuff design considers skeletal anatomy by wrapping around the left wrist bone. A substantial yet comfortable sterling silver piece weighing approximately 60 grams. Hand-carved out of wax in 2025. Additional images can be found here. 

The cuff cannot be adjusted by the wearer and should be custom-fit according to the wrist’s circumference. When placing an order, please include your wrist circumference in the notes at checkout. Custom sizes may take up to 8 weeks to complete. 

 

CARE
